    Hello, turn off reoccurring billing. If you have any xbox live time left and you cancel game pass ultimate it will cancel that time also. Best thing to do turn off reoccurring billing and just dont pay again.

    I had the same situation happened to me, and I needed to change. The only way I was able to do this was to turn off reoccurring billing, pay my subscription when I chose to, then turn on recurring billing. Doing so changed the reoccurring billing date. Hope

    Have you tried to do this through xbox.com? I had the same issue but when I did it through the website it gave me the option to turn off reoccurring billing and the purchase went through with no issues.
