    Thank you for mentioning what works for you. I'm not sure you can stop the sound, but maybe you can try it from sound options.

    Can you please let us know if you managed to test that? The toggle should say something like "Notify me when I unlock achievements".

    CONFIRMED.

    That made the achievement notification stop popping up. But you'll still hear the chime.

    Most of the time mine is ok, it has it's moments when achievement notification's take a while to sod off. I never close any apps or whatever I'm doing. I also never turn the X1 off fully.

    There isn't a way to turn off the achievement tracker but there is a way to turn off the notifications if that would help ignoring them. To know more on how you can do that, check out Pop-up notifications on Xbox | Xbox Support.
