Hello Cody, if they passed this type of configuration you must have some NAT problem.

This type of configuration needs to be done on your modem/router, usually your ISP has access to the configuration, if they do not provide this type of service, the ideal would be to request a technical call so that they can configure the port on your network.

if you talk about your profile you can put the status offline or
else the xbox automatically connects to the internet what you can do
is go delete your connection in the connection parameters but I do not
recommend it because even if you play offline several game requires an internet
connection to access the game even more if you are on gamepass

I understand that configuring port forwarding on your router, to do this you need to access the router settings through its IP address.

Then look for the Port Forwarding section, and you must follow all the instructions that the page indicates. Of course, it depends on each brand of router, and it is different, so I recommend following the instructions in your router's manual, it is a quite tedious process.

If your router was provided by your Internet service provider you should call them, if you're using another one, you would need to call that manufacturer. They're all different
