How do you request a refund for xbox one games

Goto xbox.com/refund, and sign in, and you will get a list of the games you recenty bought, and an option to give you a refund.

To cancel the refund, you'll be receiving an email shortly after you requested the refund. Once you get that email, youll be given a reference number in it.

Copy that number down and respond directly to the email explaining that the refund is no longer needed and include that reference number in the email and subject field.

You say it's your one and only refund, how did you file for the refund request? Was this a digital purchase from Microsoft/Xbox or through a third party?
