How do you remove you credit card info on your xbox 1

Weird if you have a credit card info on file you should have more then enough info

you can call support to remove the credit card

but if you really wanted the gamertag did you have service request numbers from ms accounts?

If so contact xbox support with the original serial number of the xbox and your complete credit card info they can help you further

Did u remove any credit card info off of ur profile? You need to call the 1-800 number bkuz it sounds like they have a block on your account
