How do you remove a parental code I bought a xbox 360 from Facebook

If you can still contact the person you purchased it from and they had set up the passcode, you would follow the steps here https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help...uest-key/create-and-manage-xbox-360-pass-code

If not, you'd have to contact support and they would have to get you a reset code. http://support.xbox.com/conact-us
