When I go to the link you said to go to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/redeem it wants the 25 number secondary code in Epic and when I put it in it says its already redeemed! I guess to XBOX one but I don't think he has one. Only XBOX on Smart TV. I think I am too old for this! LOL

Thank you for the reply. So the it shows everything in Epic account number on gift card and secondary account but it says XBOX ONE. I don't think that is the same as cloud. I think I should just forget ever getting these 5000 VBucks. I have been working on this problem for 12 days!
