How do you receive a sweepstakes item?

I have entered in the monthly giveaway for the Xbox one S and yesterday I have gotten an email from Xbox saying "Thank you for continuing your journey with Xbox." And I want to know if I won because there is nothing congratulating me and I would like advice
from someone that won an item like this from the sweepstakes and how it will be delivered. Thank you for your time.

The only recent giveaway/sweepstakes we did recently was the Forza Sweepstakes. We do not see any registrations on this account for this sweepstakes. As mentioned in our FAQ for both this offer and the general program FAQ, the only place to receive support
for this program is on this forum. We do not use case tickets.

How do you know if you won a Microsoft sweepstake?

When does Microsoft usually notify the winners directly? You'll be notified before Winners are Posted on the Recent Sweepstakes Winner's page. On each sweepstakes entry page, there's a link to the terms and conditions for the sweepstakes, including how and when winners will be notified.

But that feature still not available, but I agree with you, it would be very nice haha

I got it from registering for a tomb raider sweepstakes. the only thing you have to do is make an canadian xbox account, then search for tomb raider sweepstakes on your xbox. Thats how i got it
