How do you PREINSTALL the game?

So I just preordered the game on my Xbox through the Marketplace. How do I preinstall the game so that it's instantly ready once it hits 12am on the release day? None of my memory has been taken up from the preorder

What time does Tomb Raider digital come out?

I see it's on the main store page now but I can't buy it... Super frustrating. I wanted to start the download then go to sleep. I bought it on steam last year and was able to preinstall it and play at midnight when it came out. Lame.

Borderlands Issue Clarification

Here is what I have gathered: The DLC preinstalls with the game itself and is available to all, no extra disc required. The DLC does not show up as individual content pieces due to it installing with the base game.

It doesn't fully install, so as to prevent people from hacking into it and making it playable before release. It should automatically download in the background when it's close to release, though. Had that happen with Arkham Knight. Saw a stream that was
released for preview, and tried running it myself a little after 11 pm Central, and took all of 5 seconds to finish downloading/installing, and ready was playing it.

Hello MULISHA! How exactly is your console connected to the network? Do you have a modem in home, or do you have an ethernet jack preinstalled? Do you have any splitters between the wall outlet and the router/modem?

You only get it on certain titles

And preinstall doesn't do anything but install.the base files

If you have play later then it's games already out

Thank you. That is what my son has been telling me. I may just install the game on the console. I know that preinstalled games do not make that much noise.
