    How do you play with Xbox people in Surgeon Simulator 2 as a Pc player?


    Today I tried playing Surgeon Simulator 2 with a Xbox player and we couldn't find a way to do it, The only way I could do it is by pressing the pause button and pressing the "add friends" button at the right of it but it didn't show them up.

    Is crossplay not out since this is a first week release or are we forgetting something?

    I am currently running windows 10 and I downloaded this from the Microsoft store.

    You dhould be able to play with your friends then! The game is supposed to be cross platform, I suggest contacting the developers!
