my Xbox does work but I want to change it to windows 10 because if I don't I think it's useless without it. But if usb works plz tell me.

Not possible I'm afraid. Consoles don't have the correct hardware to support a PC operating system. No console has.

Anyway, the Xbox 360 isn't useless and still a good working console. You can find plenty of second have games for it on Ebay!

The only way to delete you achievements is ONLY on the 360. I dunno how to do it on Windows 10 or the Windows 10 Dash update. My point of view, ALL achievements should be disabled.
