How do you install minecraft purchased as a gift on xbox game cloud?

The only thing you can currently access on a Samsung smart television is Xbox cloud gaming, which includes Minecraft as part of the subscription, and does not require an additional purchase

Cloud gaming is currently limited to the master account under a Microsoft family so it would need separate subscriptions for them to play together

I recommend you refund the Minecraft purchase unless you intend to buy Xbox hardware, which does not suffer from these limitations.

One of the alternative ways to purchase Minecraft is for your parent to sign into the Microsoft store and buy Minecraft as a gift, which will send a gift code to the email address associated with your account (child) account. You can then follow the instructions in the email to redeem the gift code in the Microsoft store and download and install Minecraft. You can make the purchase using a gift card through Fortnite on Cloud Gaming.

If your gift card balance is not enough to cover the entirety of the purchase, you should get a prompt that says "How do you want to pay the rest?" where you can select or add a payment method like debit or credit cards.

Actually, you will be able to purchase V-bucks using Xbox gift card or Microsoft currency and that V-bucks will be your money on Fortnite to purchase an item and yes, they should appear on your game through cloud gaming once you purchased them on the Xbox marketplace using Xbox gift card.
