How do you get the Microsoft Store to care about the customer

I purchased a Xbox Series X in September, I paid for it! When it shipped FedEx lost the package, very convenient for FedEx employee's kid is getting a new Xbox. I called the Microsoft Store, they give me a refund and do nothing to try and help. This is
so frustrating, they say we are sold out, I don't believe for one minute that there are not some Series X for important customers.

This will be my son's last Christmas, he is very sick, this is the only thing he wanted and Microsoft can't be bothered to honor a sell because the shipper lost my package!

Thank You Microsoft for not giving a damn!

First, as others have pointed out, the Enforcementteam are employees. Second, comm bans show more care than you may care to admit. Xbox Live should be a tolerable place for everyone to play and preventing the toxic behavior that goes on within XBL needs
to be policed and reduced.

I've been gaming online since the mid-90s and things have gone from good natured trash talk to unacceptable nastiness. I had virtually abandoned online play until I saw evidence that Microsoft was committed to improving the culture.

What's happening is the exact opposite of bad customer service or cowardly corporate behavior and shows more care for customers than the gaming industry has seen in years.

So punish his friends to. I pay money to play and talk to my friends in a private party, not to talk in public lobbies. Ever played GTA listen to the trash that comes out the civs mouth. Ban Gta and any game that uses a swear word, because its against
thier code of conduct.

GTA is rated mature, Xbox Live is E for everyone. In game content is not a comparison.

You used to be able to get an explanation from the enforcement team on a forum, but they were inadvertently giving out information about other players -- even to players that weren't involved at all. In addition to that the information could be used to retaliate,
or make an assumption about who reported you and retaliate.

If it's not obvious why they did away with that feature, well -- not sure what to say!

Honestly, most of the time the explanations were just saying that the individual in question was using homosexual slurs, threatening to DDOS, or telling someone to off themselves -- the same things edgy teenagers have been saying to each other for years
which is highly inappropriate and has no place on Xbox Live

Hell no. I've had this one bugged out gamer on my list for 3-4 months now and they still wont do anything.

Live chat is just full of other gamers like myself who know nothing more than I do and are just a waste of time.

When I post on the forums here, random bots, or sorry to say, silly people don't even read what I post and respond with rubbish and don't even help at all.

You used to be able to email ACTUAL microsoft employees. Now all you can do is use these pointless forums and get trolled by these bot ambassadors and use live chats with other gamers. And you cannot even contact anyone from the enforcement team directly
if you have an issue with someone.

Nice to see my money I waste on these guys are put to good use. Might just have to give them a call directly. No wonder Xbox is going down the toilet this generation...
