    How do you get rid of this?

    Just pick a random spot on the map and try to leave another custom destination. When you do so it'll give you the option to remove the custom marker entirely.

    Are you in Insider program? If so there may be bugs with the build you have. Regardless press and hold your big X button on you controller and select "Report a Problem" let microsoft know the problem.
