Discus and support how do you get a response from reply in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; how do you get response back once they reply to a message and you still have an issue?     How do m reply to a forum response when the post is locked after one reply from the team?

    I cant seem to post a reply in comment to my question as once the XBLR team has made a comment the forum post is locked?

    How do I reply to a post which is locked premature?

    I would suggest adding an alerts section where you get notifications whenever someone quotes your post. On some threads, there are people that reply to others expecting a response, but they never reply back because they don't know they got a response for them.

    how do you get a response from reply

    Support lock threads because it's easier/faster for them to see a new one. So you would need to start a new thread and post your issue there.

    This forum and Twitter are the only places to contact anyone about the Rewards program.

    Hi AffluentRope. Is your post regarding the Microsoft Store Console Offer? As stated in your previous posts, you do not qualify for the award since you did not purchase the console on your Microsoft account. Since it was gifted to you, there is no purchase
    record in your MSA, therefore it is not eligible. The purchase had to be made at microsoftstore.com with your Microsoft Account.
