How do you get a refund When you've been double charged

Just a friendly reminder though that all successful transactions are added to our order history in real-time which means that if it's only showing two on your Microsoft order history, you may need to reach out to your bank in regards to the third charge so you can dispute it to them.

recently purchaged fortnite pach at 7.99 but been charged double for it, any idea how to arrange a refund please?

Follow the instructions on the following support page to submit a digital refund request for the double charge.

If you created a 2nd account by accident it cannot be deleted. You can just remove any billing information and ignore it once you've been refunded.

You can try to request a refund by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then copy the order number. Once you have it simply go to the refund webform link here: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/forms/request-a-...

When did you buy the bundle? Well the first thing we have to do when we get charged double is to call our bank so this never happens again, as someone who had been charged double before that's the best advice. Then you can ask for refunds here: https://support.xbox.com/help/subscriptions-bil... you also have the option to talk to an Xbox agent so this gets solved ASAP!
