How do you fix the error code 0x87dd0013 we have tried everything and i still can log onto...

According to Xbox support:

"This might mean that you can’t connect to Xbox Live, or that you need to restart your console or PC to launch the game or app."

Kindly perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

If there was enforcement on the account it would be listed on enforcement.xbox.com. You would need to log into that site with the parent account to view the enforcement for a child account and file a case review if eligible. The enforcement team does not
go into great detail on the incident that lead to the enforcement action.

Check the steps in Error code 0x87DD0013. Xbox Live may have had an issue or you need to restart your console and/or your network hardware to reestablish the connection.

there may just be some sort of issues going on with the network try following this guideline to see if it solves your issues

The message with the code was "Party chat blocked. Check your enforcement history by visiting enforcement.xbox.com". I logged into my parent account yet there was no enforcement listed.
