How do you fix the console not showing in the PC app?

"Turn on the Instant-on power mode:

- Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
- Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Power mode & start-up.
- From the Power mode drop-down menu, choose Instant-on.

Then, power cycle your console, please:

Power Reset:
1​​. Turn off your console and your router/modem.
2. Unplug all the cables from both devices (power, HDMI, etc..) and wait 2 minutes.
3. After 2 minutes, plug all the cables in again on your router/modem and wait for all the lights to show up.
​​​4. Plug all the cables on your console and turn it on.

Turn the remote features off and on again and see how it goes. If the issue persists, please try to factory reset your console:

Go to Settings > System > Console info > Reset this xbox > Reset and keep my games and apps.

Note: the "Reset and keep my games and apps" option will not make you lose your games, but you will need to sign in to your account again.

After you factory resetted the console and added your account, make sure the power mode is instant-on and the remote features are on and see if the issue persists."

I've been trying to log on to my xbox app on my pc and the 0xbba error keeps showing up and i am unable to do anything on the app. I need to know how to fix this i've tried almost everything. Thanks

The game is only available on the Xbox One/Xbox Series X|S, which is why you can not see it on the PC app, as only PC games are shown on the PC app store. If you do purchase the game, yes it will show up on your Xbox console for you to download.

but how do I do it on pc? Or do I just do it on the console and then that would fix Xbox and pc?

This is a known issue, sometimes the tenure badge disappears for a few days and it appears randomly
Right now there is no way to speed up this or similar

The only option left is try waiting until the badge appears
