How do you fix a pdp controller when the light does not light up

Don't worry we will work on this together. May I know are you trying to connect it to your Xbox console?

You will need to supply more information for anyone to be able to help you.

You say your XBox turns on, but what else happens?

Does the Xbox make any noise? (Does the fans inside spin up?)

Does the lights around the power button light up in any particular way and/or color?

Does the power adapter (that is the big rectangular thing in the middle of your power cable) light up in any other color than green?

Does the controller light up around the XBox-button when you turn the XBox on with it?

If so, do all 4 lights on the controller blink for a brief period after which only 1 stays lit, or do they all blink continuously?

Have you checked to make sure that all cables are connected and firmly in place?

How will you know when the power is low ? will the controller light flash like the 360 does ?

How long do you wait for the screen to load? Does it eventually load for you? The quarter green light means that your controller is connected. If you had two controllers turned on the light would be half lit.

Hey OP, that's certainly odd. When the second quadrant lights up, does the first one go dim? Or do they both light up for a short time? Also, is it possible someone in the house is turning on then turning off a controller remotely?
