    How do you fix a grey screen when ur loading into a game on Xbox cloud gaming?


    Whenever I go on a game, it goes into a grey screen and nothing loads, not even the ship.

    Kindly check if you have any pending updates. Go to Settings > General > Software Update. Please also check if you can play your games using safari through Xbox.com/play.
