How do you fix a family member error to login?

To add points to a Gold Family Account non-primary member, and not have to go through the Primary Account's Xbox "grant points" process, do the following:

-- Buy a prepaid code for points from somewhere, such as Amazon.com or Gamestop or wherever

-- Follow the directions on this page to add the points: support.xbox.com/.../redeem-prepaid-codes

-- You can redeem the code directly on the Xbox console that you have your Family Member account on, or you can login at Xbox.com with your Family Member account and enter it there.

You can do this as a Family *Member*, you do not have to be the Primary Member to add points in this fashion.

Do you mean game pass? Or you're game sharing with someone in your family? If its game share then try having your family member login with their account on the console and see if it shows up then.

I think they mean when they use their phone to login it just gives us an error page when we do login and stuff. The site our ps4 sends us to login only shows up as an error. They want to know how to fix that.

By accessed without your permission, do you mean accessed on your console by a family member or friend? Or do you mean that somebody you do not know got your login info and accessed your account from another console somewhere else? If the case is that a
friend or family member got the account banned, there is not much you can do as your account is your responsibility at all times.
