How do you download profile on Xbox Live?

I just recently got an Xbox Series X and every time I go to play Assassin's Creed, it won't let me play unless I sign in. But when I try to sign into my profile, it tells me "Your profile was not completely downloaded. Please download it again from Xbox Live." I've tried multiple ways to fix it but nothing works.

Hi, if you delete and download your profile again the passcode will be gone. Be sure to delete profile only when you do this please.
