how do you decide an enforcement????

i only type messages on pc to family members.... and when i do i type one word at a time some times i thought that might be the case, that they might think i am some spam bot but they can clearly check that we play on weekends so why? or did they think
the way i wrote it was bullying or whatever? because if so...shouldn't they check from the fact that we still play to this day? now it is even harder to communicate...thanks to this....maybe check more before taking action?

when it comes to communication bans, they are issued after reports are checked. If there are no reports, you can't get banned. You can go to
enforcement.xbox.com to see if you can apply for a case review.

If you receive a suspension you can see exactly why you were suspended including a snippet of the message if it was for communication.

I also just wanted to add that you were misinformed about how enforcement works. No member or ambassador can decide whether your tag is against the ToU or CoC. The Enforcement United program is in beta stage at the moment and although people do see different
gamertags and can decide whether or not it is offensive to them they do not have the power to force a change.

That option lies solely within the discretion of the PET (Policy Enforcement Team) and always will. They and only they will make the final decision as to whether a gamertag needs enforcement.
