How do you contact Xbox or Microsoft or whatever you want to call them

I’m so frustrated right now it’s unbelievable, I don’t think a company has ever made Me this mad. All I want is to contact someone about my refund because there rejecting my request for a product I’ve had to get a refund for multiple times, it is not my fault they haven’t fixed the problem after it being there for atleast 6-7 months minimum,that’s just stupidity. it’s not my fault they people can abuse the refund function but surely there is a way to access the account in question and check if they are being truthful and are eligible for a refund because if the reason is you think people are lying just check [mod removed]. I’m literally furious right now and I don’t care if it’s only £8 it’s my money out of my pocket and I either want the 1100 cod points that I paid for or I need a refund. So please anyone tell me how I get in contact with support because I’ve been trying for about an hour and a half and all you get is give feedback here, give feedback there. I JUST WANT TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE AT XBOX SUPPORT. I don’t understand why they make that so hard. Sorry my question became a rant

Thanks, but when you get to all those pages and stuff they make it so difficult to navigate and try to sort out your problem. Its honestly like hitting your head against a brick wall. And It truly seems like Xbox/Microsoft want to make it a difficult as possible for you to get what they owe you but when it’s the other way round they have no problems, like they try to sabotage you and in the end you’ll be like just forget it. But I won’t stand for it and I will either be getting the contents of what I paid for or my money back. They really can be quite crafty in a really nasty way it seems to me

Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge' usually works for me, but keep in mind that phone/chat support no longer handle refunds.

Thanks! I managed to get in contact with someone and they were a big help!! The problem is not resolved yet but I hope that it gets sorted because this was one of the most infuriating experiences I’ve had to deal with in regards to a business or company that is meant to provide a certain standard of service
