How do you contact microsoft

Hi,

Looking for some help in contacting Microsoft, I am being charged for something that I don’t have, checked all possible accounts and there is no subscriptions on them but I’m getting charged ‍♀️ Thank you in advance

If you're trying to request a refund for an unknown purchase and you not see it in your Microsoft account order history for each account

In these situations the best option is dispute the charge with your bank and ask them for a refund.

Because it seems that someone is using your payment information without your knowledge/authorization

To avoid this situation again, I can advice you to ask them to give you a new card and delete the old one as well.

Please note that the only way to request a refund is via the refund form:

https://support.xbox.com/forms/request-a-refund

But you need to sign in with the account used to make the purchase and know the order number

-check my account: thats showing item not received.

-Virtual agent aka bot no use what so ever

- ask gamers

- ask forum......

Any more ideas

Xbox support DOES not help.

there is not one option to email/ message an agent.
