The controller will not work with the Xbox wireless adapter if it comes with its own.

Only Xbox peripherals work with it

The device features a USB port, which is solely for charging purposes as it does not operate on batteries. The adapter appears to be in pristine condition, however, it fails to establish a connection with the controller. Instead of flashing repeatedly as intended, it flashes once and fails to repeat the process. Unfortunately, its lifespan was short-lived, as it was received as a Christmas gift and broke down in March.

You would have to contact the manufacturer of your control pad and get another dongle

has the controller an USB port ? So you would be able to use it with cable.

And how about guarantee ? or is the adapter really damaged.

If it was an expensive controller you might ask the firm for the price of a new adapter.
