MS does have ways to handle this.

When you go to support.xbox.com/contact-us click on billing then click on virtual agent and when the virtual agent box comes up if you type in talk to an agent 2 times it will bring up a live agent for you to chat with.

Ok, I ordered it from Microsoft and the only contact options I see is the community and the virtual agent. Its so frustrating that they got rid of chats.

If it dosent come soon I will probably cancel the order and buy it from somewhere else.

Hello again, After you join the virtual agent chat, type any subject, and after it does not come to a resolved, you will see the option to transfer to an agent.

You can either do it from the Contact Us website, or by typing “chat with agent” to the virtual Microsoft agent.
