How do you change the team you are using in the Ultimate?

I'm not sure if you can. I know you can change the jerseys you unlock, which I think essentially changes the team.

How do you use game pass ultimate?

Only for my console as I don’t have a PC to play games on. Fine by me though cause I enjoy the current value of the subscription!
