Cant purchase Game Pass Ultimate, keeps taking me to Family Safety page?!

Hi Evopwr! My name is Ricardo an independent advisor ready to help you with this situation!

Being the organizer of a Microsoft family doesn't change the child status of the account, the family organizer needs to be an adult account the child account must be added as a child account thst will allow the adult account to manage this settings

I made my account a member account "child account" by accident and I want it to be changed to a organizer " adult account" is there any possible way I can do this.

It's possible that your account is still being recognized by the system as a child account. Do you know who's the organizer of the family group? You have to ask the organizer to change your account privacy options instead.

Subject: Request to Change Family Group Organizer for My Son's Account

    Hi 태형,

My name is Aileen, and I’m an Xbox Expert and user myself. I understand how important it is to manage your son’s account properly, especially for enabling online play in Minecraft. Since this is a public forum, I can’t access or change account details, but I’ll help you with the best info on what to do next.

If your son’s Microsoft account is currently linked to a family group managed by an unused email address, only the current family organizer can remove the child’s account or transfer organizer rights. Unfortunately, Microsoft does not allow a family organizer to be removed or changed by anyone else for security reasons.

    Here are your options:

Try to regain access to the unused email address that manages the current family group. If you can access it, sign in to that Microsoft account at https://account.microsoft.com/family and remove your son’s account from that family group.

If you cannot access the current organizer’s email, Microsoft Support may assist in specific cases, but you will need to verify your identity and ownership of the child’s account. Contact Microsoft Support directly at https://support.microsoft.com/contactus

Explain the situation clearly, including that the current family organizer account is inaccessible, and you want to manage your son’s account properly for online safety and play.

Microsoft may ask for proof of account ownership or additional verification before making changes.

Unfortunately, there is no automated way for a parent to remove a child account from another family group without access to that family organizer account.

If you want, I can help you draft a message to Microsoft Support to explain your issue clearly. Just let me know.

Please let me know if you need any further assistance.

    Thank you!

    Aileen

Unable to remove my child from an unknown family group

    Hi, KevJH80

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

According to your description, you cannot remove your child from an unknown family group.

Is the account on the left an account of one of your children?

At this time, you should log in to the account of the family organizer on the right (do you know this account?). Only the organizer has the authority to remove the child account of the family group. The child account itself cannot leave the family group by itself.

We guess that you may have logged in to the wrong account and invited your child to join the family group.

Please note that if you do not have permission to log in to the organizer account on the right, you may need to create a Microsoft account for your child again.

Waiting for your latest progress, and we will continue to provide you with help and support.

    Best Regards,

Logan | Microsoft Community Support Specialist

"Multiplayer is disabled. Please check your Microsoft account settings"

You may want to change it if your account states you as under 18: How to change a birth date on a Microsoft account

Then wait for a while so the changes get updated and try again to access the link sent above!

Note that if you are a child account under a family group, you won't get access to that link, in this case sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/family and check for the organizer account of the family then sign in using the organizer account to https://account.xbox.com/settings and allow the permissions regarding multiplayer!
