Dear Microsoft,

I know you have seen these questions a million times and I was wondering when you were going to make it possible for an adult (who's child has set up an organiser profile with billing info and access) to properly amend and set up a family group with the
correct hierachy and billing information without deleting already experienced historical player data and achievements.

I have amended my childs organiser profile so that instead of being shown as an adult, they are a child, which stops them using my credit card without asking. However, I cannot for the life of me transfer billing information and subscriptions to the newly
created adult profile that is responsible for everything.

I think you need to look at the way that you have set up your family units and permissions and find a way for an adult profile to freely amend as needed. At the moment it is not straight forward and not easy to put something right that has been set up incorrectly
from the get go. You have to understand that there are hundreds of thousands of less than techy parents out there who fall in to this trap of not setting things up from the start, they need help.

Hi Microsoft experts,

In family settings, I really urgently need to either:-

i) Change an "Organiser Account" to a child/member account

or

ii) Mover gamertag, game history/progress, purchased skins etc to a new child account

Can somebody help make this happen please? Saying No, not possible, can't be done is NOT an option. This is something that microsoft MUST make possible, no excuses please.

You can't change a child account to an adult account and to make billing available under an adult account you just need to register a method of payment under the adult account

Ok slight mistake in the reading and comprehension I'm afraid. The answer you gave was not an answer to any of the questions I was asking.

I'm very aware of all the things that you cannot appear to do, but I am trying to get through to Microsoft that these are things that they should be making possible. Someone in charge somewhere needs to wake up, smell the coffee, apply intelligence and
common sense and help their public by adding extra functionality.

You don't.

While it is possible to transfer saves between profiles, the game has to support the option. Even if it does, no achievements can be earned on a save transferred to another profile. I've only seen one game that allows moving a save from one profile to another
(one of the Lego games).

There is no way to transfer achievements between profiles.

You have 02 ways to make this change,
01º) You can change the current Gamertag linked to your personal email by another, thus releasing that gamertag to your child.

02º) You can change the email linked to the Gamertag that you want to "preserve", changing the current email to one that belongs to your child.
