How do you block or eliminate looking for group posts that are in a foreign language

Hello Robert, my name is Aidan. I am an independent expert and would be happy to help. Xbox LFG does have a filter for language, so you should be able to filter for English posts. This does NOT filter by region unfortunately, so you may end up in groups with poor connection quality.

How do you know the Australian servers are not active?

Btw I also got that button in some foreign language.

i dont speak german or dutch or any other language other than english and some welsh, those post were written in german on a site that is 99.9 in the english lang. . so to me those posts could have said anything from being a simple grocery list to plans
to blow up an airport .. it was i n foreign lang. so it could have been anything. but i love how you instantly label me a racist.. but then in the next breath tell me i was sort of right. that people do post in foreign languages in on a site that is 99.9
english.

We understand your concern for your members in Microsoft Family Group. As Looking for Group is a feature of Xbox Game Bar and Xbox Console, there is a possibility to block posts from this feature by disabling or limiting the privacy settings of your members.

On Xbox Console, try this:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select Profile & system > Settings > General > Online safety & family.
   
2. Select Privacy & online safety > Xbox privacy > View details & customize > Communication & multiplayer.
   
3. Under Others can communicate with voice, text, or invites, select Everybody.

Restrict the joining of multiplayer and communicate options under Privacy and Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Windows 10 devices Online Safety.
