No clue if anything enforcement would show up though (given what Badger said)....searching enforcement doesn't come up with anything relevant but it could be because there are no listings or it comes up under a different parameter

You need to work for Xbox in the U.S.. As far as i know members of the enforcement team are promoted internally so it's not just a job anyone can apply for.
