    Yeah, they did do a complete reset. Everything was archived for a couple of months and then deleted. That was a long time ago though.

    How to Delete tracks?

    Hi Flagrant,

    To delete albums or songs, please follow the steps below:

    1. Sign into music.xbox.com
    2. Find an album you wish to delete.
    3. Click on the album so you can see the track list.
    4. Under the album name, you will see a little trash can icon. Click that, and confirm.
    5. Item has been deleted.

    Hello, and how much do you have of Free space? Another thing you can do if you dont want to delete any game is to check on the saved files because sometimes it holds large archives, deleting the ones you dont need or from games you already won can give you
    an extra space.
