    How do you actually get in contact with someone from customer support. Broken control pad


    My xbox one (what i bought in janurey this year) control aint working properly. The right bumper on the pad aint working , now im not pleased about this but im grown enough to understand stuff like this happens.

    What has made me very disapointed in microsoft is lack of customer service. Ive been trying all day to get intouch with someone. Ive followed the instrauctions with the bot chat witch took me to “requast a replacement controller page “. After filling this
    applecation out i get informed “ We're sorry, but something went wrong on our end. Please try again later”

    So what do i do now ? Why is it impossible to find someone to dicuss the situation with ? Its under warrenty as its only 6months old

    Controllers only carry a 90 day warranty. So you need to buy a new one, which is a better idea, or pay almost the same to have it repaired

    Actually did get me threw to someone. But they told me someone in hardwear surpport i need. He trying to see if put me threw to someone. But no luck yet

    You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you don't see those options, change your category/topic until you do. Typically
    Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" works for me.

    hi everyone, I have a controller with the broken RB button. The controller is under warranty. I tried to contact support but it is not provided. Furthermore, the serial number is not found in the system. I don't know how to do it, who to contact

    You can request a call back from an agent.

    If they cant get you sorted. Might look to see if the retailer you got it from can swap it out might be faster in the long run
