Fallout 3 gives me the exact same issue, so apparently it does not agree with that conclusion. And that is the game I actually bought, the others are prepaid codes given to me by a friend. The Microsoft Support Tech told me that the Fallout 3 code was also
a regional issue. I have tried many, many times to get it to work and to no avail. So if it's supposed to work, what should I do?

Has that GT been Gold for all six years? The tenure time is for years gold and the GT is currently free/silver. Also, the internet shows that GT on a few modding sites, it also has a modded gmaerscore.

In case anyone's wondering how some of us have come to the conclusion his gamerscore is modded then look at his Left 4 Dead 2 achievements. If you find the ones marked "Meat Tenderizer", "Rode Hard, Put Away Jet", "Qualified Ride", "Heart Warmer", "Strength
in Numbers", "Back in the Saddle", "GREAT EXPECTORATIONS", "A SPITTLE HELP FROM MY FRIENDS", "SCATTERING RAM" and a good few others involving Scavenger and Versus mode you'll see that they're all missing the time stamp that comes with getting
them online.

Problem for the OP is that Scavenger and Versus mode cannot be played with just bots in an offline enviroment. Both modes must have at least one human player on each side or the game will automatically call a halt to proceedings and dump you back to the lobby.
