    i bought a used xbox 360 from game stop. The console has its parental controls still on. I called Microsoft to help they gave me a order of buttons to hit ... Issue is that didnt do ****.. Any advice ?? Help trying to fix issue so i can gift system to my
    bf for xmas.

    No, There shouldn't be an app that cracks this. However if he is unlocking the Parental Controls straight from the Xbox itself, he may have found the default code that would unlock these settings. I don't know if this will help, but here's a link.
