    I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

    To give you a heads up, accounts that's created as a child will need an organizer account in order for the privacy and security settings to be customized and it can help the account act like an adult such as accessing multiplayer.

    Once the account is detected to be a child account removing the organizer won't work.

    Hey there. If you have bought a Pre-Owned Xbox 360 then you will have to call Xbox Support. Tell them the situation and they will be able to reset it for you.
