How do I verify my child’s account?

I received an email saying I need to verify my children’s accounts by 10/25/2023 or my child will loose access to their account. My child got a message on the Xbox saying the same thing but the date on that is 10/30/2023. I cannot find how to do this on my Microsoft account on Microsoft.com.

You can verify the child's account by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/family using the adult account/organizer account, you'll have an option to verify it from there on the right side of your child's account.

To verify, a child account can't change their birthday, but an adult account CAN change their birthday if they so wish. I CAN change the birthday that's associated with my account, I CAN'T change the birthday associated with my daughter's child account.
