How do I use two gift card xbox in the checkout?

You first redeem the giftcards here:

Microsoft account | Redeem

then when the balance of the cards is in your account, you do the checkout as per normal selecting the balance you just created

Thanks for the help. The gift card is showing as redeemed in my order history but is not showing in the store. It is not automatically applying at the checkout, nor is there an option to use a gift card.

There is not a way to split payment between two credit cards. what you can do is purchase a xbox gift card with one of the credit cards put that xbox gift card onto the account then you would be able to split the payment between the gift card balance choose
this first as the first option that you want to use to pay then it will ask you how you want to pay the difference and then you can use the other credit card.

The store you purchase the gift cards at has to activate the card at checkout when you make the purchase. It sounds like there was an issue with activation at checkout at the store. Take the card and your receipt to the store and ask to speak to manager
and explain to them the card wasnt' activated.
