How do I use the xbox series x bluray player to play a movie offline?

Thanks, all I wanted to do was watch a bluray movie and my internet went out. So, basically this means I must always have internet access to play a bluray for the first time. So frustrating when our internet provider is so unreliable and the only service available in my area. The reason I'm using bluray in the first place is because our streaming service won't work without internet.

Also if you are trying to use access extra materials.you MUSt be signed in online as that's a bluray plus requirement

I do know about the gaming part. I was asking the question if the Xbox Series X could have the Dolby Vision added into the BluRay app so, that 4K BluRay movies can enjoy Dolby Vision as well.
