    I think that these two perk trees are different. You do not use the same perks as you get when leveling up. You get perks by using your powers. At least that is how I understand it.

    Why does everyone act like they HAVE to preorder the Xbox One from GameStop?!?!

    Games stop has never ripped me off or anyone that I know of.

    Their price for a new games is the same as every place else.

    Their price for a used game is clearly stated.

    If you do not like the price they are offering for your used game, you do not have to sell it.
