how do i use my reward points as im really confused ?

Rewards credits are deposited into your Microsoft account balance as currency by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. Once they're deposited into your account, you would choose your Microsoft account balance as your
payment option to make purchases.

The only way to really give anything with Microsoft Rewards points is to
give these points to individuals whom are in your
Family.

Your Microsoft Rewards points can only be used and redeemed for rewards that are available there. They are not to be confused with your Microsoft account balance and cannot be used to make purchases.
