    How Do I Use My Gift Cards


    Hey, I got some cards from friends and family in Jamaica as a wedding gift and I added them to my account and now I'm trying to used them its not showing up as US Gift cards. It shows in my account however when I try to make a purchase they aren't adding. I've also tried changing the region setting and it doesn't show up. What else could I try?

    Certainly, Xbox gift cards are region-specific, so cards you receive from Jamaica may not be compatible with your Xbox account, which is set up in the United States.

    But if you already changed the region and it still doesn't allow you to use the gift card after changing the region, I suggest you contact Microsoft support and tell them your problem and they can help you solve it.
