Type in your query: "Agent"

Click on Get Help.

Scroll down the page and click on Contact Support.

Select your "Other Products" and "Billing and Account Profile Questions" > Confirm.

It was the Premium Add-Ons Bundle, which is optimized for X/S and I’m using series X. The cars were downloaded, and can be seen in my garage, but when I attempt to use a dlc car I receive a message stating “ you purchased this DLC on a different platform. To access it on this platform, you will need to buy it again.” Considering the fact that I can’t play the game on my phone, I was assuming the purchase would be updated on my account when accessed via console.

Better double check what you bought for since it also applies to pc

Were all these items and DLCs purchased to the mobile version of Minecraft? Do you still have any of these items or DLC there?

I ask because Minecraft is platform specific. Almost all purchases for Minecraft for mobile can only be accessed on the mobile. You cannot access them through the console or computer.
