How do I use cheats in cyberpunk 2077 ?

I used to play cyberpunk 2077 for almost a month. I had a 19 level character with a street cred 38. Finishing +50 missions there with a pretty good attributes and perks. But I did not know that changing my user administrator and deleting it would mean deleting the C drive folder's data. I lost everything except my game. I try to play uncheated but never goes to plan. Now, I am unable to cheat. I just wanna **** now! How am I supposed to do that without it? I need your help here! I also did not know that using cheats is banned in cyberpunk 2077. So, I need to reach the original level of mine where I last played with. Show me how do I use cheats in this game.
