Can I send you a clip from my phone of me recording my roommate uploading a clip from xbox game bar to the xbox network cuz he just did it this morning so uses game bar and has no third party programs on his computer

That doesnt make sense.your saying it isn't possible when I have watched my roommate upload to xbox from his PC. why can my roommate upload his apex clips to his xbox account and view them threw the xbox app on his phone. he uploads threw the game bar, his games are recognized, his computer is the same build as mine.
