How do I upload Images from my phone to the Xbox without a USB stick

It's really quite strange you've tried all possible ways and it still didn't work, maybe it's because of the size, photos with low resolution are usually a problem.

I believe that the only way that works for you to transfer the photos would be through the chat, you send them by email to yourself, and download through the edge browser, even if that doesn't work, you can open the photo and take a capture through control.

Here is how to do it:

• Prepare a custom Gamerpic image. The image must be at least 1080 x 1080 pixels. The following formats are supported: png, jpg.
• Save the image to a USB flash drive, and insert the drive into one of the Xbox One’s USB ports.
• On your Xbox One, launch the Guide, select your Profile, and navigate to My profile > Customize profile > Change gamerpic.
• Select Upload a custom image, select your USB flash drive, and choose your custom Gamerpic image.
• The image will load into an editor; use LT, RT, and right stick to highlight what section of the image will become your Gamerpic.
• Once satisfied, select Upload.

where can i get the update for the usb stick and how do I upload it then

I have an old iPhone so I can’t hotspot my wifi to the xbox but I’m on a public wifi, only reason I can get on my phone is cuz it doesn’t block me from using the web browser

My xbox shows this message whenever I try to connect to the open wifi

like how am I supposed to sign in without wifi? And how am I supposed to get wifi without signing in? The ****

this is all it takes to do

1. Save the image to your PC.

2. Put the image onto your USB stick.

3. Put the USB stick in to your Xbox.

4. On your Xbox go to Apps > My Apps > Picture Viewer > Portable Device

5. Move over to the image on the right hand side, highlight it and press :y: to Apply Background Image
