How do I update my xbox to tue newest insider updates?

There is problem out at the minute with Xbox insiders they are trying to sort it out now was to do with there newest update

in one of the newest updates they have changed how you view you uninstalled games, im not to sure if this is fully live to eveeryone, as im an insider so i preview new updates. see my comment on the post on the new update and how to find the uninstalled
games

you are probably in the Insider program. That means you get the newest features and updates as one of the first. You can opt out of this programs. This will involve resetting the Xbox to default. Than you only will receive the normal updates.

The newest inside update has fixed this issue. You may need to manually check the availability through the settings.
