How do I update my Xbox manually

Still no update for me, it's 330pm I'm on the east coast of the USA and everything is working on my xbox but the damn update won't trigger. How do I manually trigger the update?

This is the second time my xbox has done this exact thing. About four months ago it forced me to manually update the *** thing, only to discover that now its doing it again. except this time it wont let me do another manual update nor will it even let me
do a restore to factory settings. I have tried everything suggested to me by "xbox support" but nothing works no matter how many times I do it.

There are steps online for how to download an update to a USB drive and manually applying an update. I would do a google search for "e305 xbox one" and you should find a link that can help you with that. Hopefully a manual update will fix the problem you
are having. If not you will have to return your Xbox one like Bimnog suggested.
