    How do I unmute my Hyper X headset?


    Every time I log in, it automatically mutes my microphone. All I want is a way to stop this from happening. I've tried everything and have a temporary solution only.

    Is this happening on Xbox or PC?
    If it’s on Xbox, what console do you have?
    If it’s on PC, are you using windows 10 or 11?
    Is this happening only with this headset or if you try connecting a different one something similar happens?
    Do you know if this headset had a dedicated mute button?

    And, what did you tried so far to fix this
    In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

    Xbox Wireless Headset Distorted Sound

    Returned it and bought a Hyper X cloud flight S for my PC, this solved the problem! Clearly this is a firmware issue with Infinite and this headset or something strange!

    Hyper X is Way better, Comfier with far better quality sound, The Xbox headset sound is muddy in comparison.
